We create spaces that are deeply, specifically the client's own — romantic in the truest sense, shaped by memory, material, and a commitment to place.
"Christos has always shown a great sensibility for classical design with a confident twist, creating a cohesive story that is both bold and thoughtful in its layers of detail. He is super creative. It is so wonderful to see his work continue to evolve." — Kelly Wearstler
Established in Los Angeles in 2008, Studio Preveza works across residential and historic preservation projects where research and intuition carry equal weight. We are drawn to buildings with history because they ask something of us — to uncover what is already there, to work with what cannot be replicated. The hand-stenciled beam ceilings at Villa Carlotta were not designed so much as rediscovered.
Christos Prevezanos, Principal. A first-generation American, his Greek heritage and training as an illustrator at Parsons School of Design inform a practice built on cultural narrative, material honesty, and spaces that accumulate meaning over time.
